This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions between the Artist and the Client for commissioned artwork services.
By submitting a deposit, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms listed below.
The Artist agrees to create original custom artwork based on the Client’s request and provided references. The commission will proceed through the following stages:
The Artist will create up to three (3) rough draft concepts.
The Client will select one concept to move forward with. Once selected, prior concepts are considered complete.
The selected concept will be refined into clean, detailed line art.
All base colors will be applied to establish the overall palette and direction of the design.
The artwork will be completed with professional shading, highlights, lighting effects, and detailed finishing touches.
Upon completion, the Client will receive a watermarked preview for approval prior to final delivery.
Final files will be delivered once full payment has been received.
All projects are created in 600 DPI high-resolution format unless otherwise specified.
A minimum 50% non-refundable deposit of the total quoted commission amount is required before the project begins.
Work will commence within 24–72 hours after deposit confirmation. Start times are subject to change depending on current client workload and scheduling fluctuations.
The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion. The Client is granted a 7-day grace period to submit final payment. After the 7-day grace period, a 15% late fee will be added for every additional five (5) days past due.
No rights to the artwork are transferred until full payment has been received.
Project turnaround time may range from 7–30+ days, depending on the complexity of the project and the Artist’s current workload.
The Artist will provide consistent communication throughout the process to keep the Client informed of progress.
Minor revisions may be made during the rough draft and line work phases.
Major changes after approval of a completed phase may require additional fees and may extend the timeline.
Upon full and final payment:
Clear communication is essential for a successful project.
Clients are strongly encouraged to provide references, inspiration images, and detailed direction to help establish a strong creative foundation and streamline the design process.
